Every document is versioned; the version you accepted and the date are stored in your account. Changes ask for acceptance again.
1. Parties and definitions
The Ema Play platform (https://emaplay.tr) and the Ema Play client software are operated by Ema Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Ema Play", "we"). Everyone who uses them is bound by these terms.
"Account" means the user record you create on the platform. "Content" means games, add-ons and digital products sold or distributed through the platform.
2. Your account
The details you provide when creating an account must be accurate. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; actions taken on your account are treated as yours.
You may not transfer or sell your account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free content or promotions may result in those accounts being closed.
You can close your account at any time. Closing it ends your access to the content you purchased.
3. What you get when you buy
When you buy a game on Ema Play you do not acquire OWNERSHIP of a copy; you acquire a personal, non-transferable LICENCE to use it.
The licence lets you install and run the game on your own devices for personal use. Reselling, renting, reverse engineering or distributing copies is outside the licence.
A publisher may remove content from the platform for technical or legal reasons. In that case we protect existing owners' access as far as possible; where that is not possible, the refund policy applies.
4. Payment and pricing
Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT. Payments are taken through a contracted payment service provider; your card details never reach our servers and are not stored by us.
The order is formed the moment payment is approved, and the content is granted to your account immediately.
If a price or discount is displayed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
5. Conduct
You may not harass or mislead others, or act unlawfully or in breach of others' rights on the platform.
Attempts to disrupt the platform, bypass security measures, scrape data with automated tools or overload our servers are prohibited.
You are responsible for the reviews, messages and workshop content you post. Content that breaks the rules may be removed.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running without interruption, but outages can happen because of maintenance, updates or causes outside our control.
We try to announce planned maintenance in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ema Play is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Rights arising from consumer protection legislation are reserved.
8. Changes and contact
We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced on the platform and notified to your account before they take effect.
