Essential characteristics and price
The product sold is the digital game or add-on listed in the Ema Play store. Its name, description, developer, system requirements and images appear on the product page.
The VAT-inclusive price, any discount and the total payable are shown in the cart. The details shown there form an integral part of this form.
No shipping, delivery or service fee is charged beyond the total shown.
Payment and delivery
Payment methods: credit/debit card and the other options offered on the payment page. Card details are not passed to the seller; they stay with the payment provider.
Delivery method: digital grant. The product is added to your library the moment payment is approved; there is no separate delivery period.
The Ema Play client must be installed and you must be signed in to download the product.
How the digital content works
Products are distributed for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Product-specific CPU, memory, graphics and disk requirements are stated on the product page.
Downloads and updates go through the Ema Play client and content is verified chunk by chunk. An internet connection is required for downloading and licence verification.
Technical protection measure: products can only be downloaded from the library of the account that bought them. Download links are short-lived and bound to the account; redistributing the files is outside the licence.
When a refund is approved the product leaves the library and the download entitlement ends; installed files remain on your computer but can no longer be updated or re-downloaded.
Right of withdrawal
Under the withdrawal exceptions of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL for digital products performed instantly in electronic form and delivered instantly to the consumer.
Your express consent to this is requested at the payment step: you request the immediate performance of the content and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal with that consent.
Even so, the seller grants a voluntary refund right on the conditions in the Refund Policy (within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours of playtime). These limits do not apply to defective products.
Complaints and applications
For anything about an order, payment or refund, write to emagames@emaplay.tr first; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
If the matter is not resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, according to the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
